Workplace Book Club
I’m starting a workplace book club.
The objectives:
- provide opportunity for professional growth (informal learning)
- apply learnings to our workplace environment
- develop a supportive peer network
The goal is have the club up and running in January with one book (or article series) a month. Topics of relevance for the position include; conflict management, writing, decision making, leadership, creative problem solving, communications, career growth and industry (financial services) knowledge.
